TRESemme Split Remedy Split End Sealing Serum

You know, sometimes I don’t give drugstore finds enough credit. Not that I’m one to shell out lots of money for products, but if I find something that works, I will pay for it. Especially when it comes to my hair. So when I picked up TRESemme Split Remedy Split End Sealing Serum from Walgreen’s, I really wasn’t expecting wonders. Boy, I was wrong.

TRESemme Split Remedy Split End Sealing Serum is exactly what it states. A split end sealer. Or, as I refer to it, magic. :)

This revolutionary sealing serum reduces frizz and seals in shine for a polished finish with up to 80% less split ends in just three uses. Innovative Reconstructing Complex actually repairs up to 80% of split ends in just three uses and with continued use, the salon-quality formula continues to bind split ends for a smooth look that lasts.*

I am incredibly apprehensive when it comes to getting my hair cut. First, I have curly hair. I never trust people enough with it. Second, I like my hair much better long, so I worry if I cut it, it won’t grow. So I’ll wait for a hair cut and then have to cut more than I wanted because I waited too long. Being a woman is hard, isn’t it!? Now I can be uber lazy and not go for haircuts as often, which in itself, is a winner in my book.

Now, I do realize that this isn’t a cure for split ends, but it is a quick fix. And it helps extend the time between a haircut.

Have you ever been surprised by a drugstore find?
